Interested in joining the RMS Volunteer Team?

By dedicating your time as a volunteer for RMS you will give back to the community, meet lots of great people, get a race shirt, breakfast, and have a stellar time!

School or non-profit groups are eligible for donations at $10/head with a bonus of $100 if you bring out 20+ volunteers. Students can use these events toward community hours, please bring your sheets to Robert Coronado on race day.

From here it's easy, check your calendar and fill out the volunteer registration form! Someone will contact you soon, expect a confirmation email from your submission, if you don't receive one - your submission did not go through.

Course captains receive a free race entry of your choice.

Captains Responsibilities

1. handling Swim, Bike, Run, or Transition course volunteers

2. attending one staff mtg the week before the event

3. placing people in positions

4. leading their group meeting on race morning

5. insure that vols get drinks out on the course

6. the go-to person for that course on race day

7. Captains need to have great integrity, no excuses, be positive leaders, organized, a sense of humor when issues need solutions, a great attitude, and acute attention to detail.
